fasting????

sorry if there is already a thread on this...

but i was wondering if any of you guys (water or liquid)fast-either when sick or just want to feel "clean"?

i tend to fast occaisonally just because it makes me feel really good when i'm not feeling so fantastically. and does anyone know of any health benefits?
