Hula hooping aerobics?

I have heard the latest craze is Hula hooping aerobics. Anyone tried it cos it sounds like fun?

There was details in my weight watchers magazine - www.virginactive.co.uk but only seems to be at expensive gyms at the moment - I will wait for it to become more mainstream I think!

i hula hoop every day! =]

not in a class or anything, just for fun, haha. it's amazing and free (well after you buy the hula hoop of course.)

it seems silly to pay to stand in a room with people and hula hoop - you could do that at home for much cheaper!!! sounds like fun
