I, like many other people it seems, have the bad habit of snacking when bored. I don't do it for taste, I don't do it because I'm hungry - I just do it habitually to keep occupied. Trying to distract myself with work doesn't go because well...I don't like working.
Anyone else have this problem? Anyone know a good way to break the habit?
I've heard of chewing gum to stop, but I've found that just doesn't work (for me, anyways).
