Visiting different places, so excited!

I live in England but in the Summer we're visiting America to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday. We'll be spending time in Chicago, Denver, Seattle and San Francisco.

I've had a look at some places on the internet but I want all you people to tell me which vegan food I can't miss while I'm there!!

When you're in Denver try Watercourse Foods on 17th Ave. But if you have the chance head up to Boulder and go to Three Little Figs Market an all vegan specialty store www.threelittlefigs.com and they have a great list of vegan restaurants in Boulder. Have fun.
