    I know it sounds gross, but this taste a little like bacon - in a good way though, no death and all.

    Just smoked and salty.

    1 pack smoked tofu.
    4 tbs tamari (or any good soy sauce).
    2 tbs nutritional yeast.

    You can either slice or dice the tofu.

    Fry the tofu until it turns light brown. Turn down the heat. Pour soy sauce and yeast on and mix well. Fry again using a lot of heat until its nice and crispy. Enjoy.

    thanks, that does sound pretty good, i will try it. do you have nutritional yeast in flakes or in some other form? tri

    In flakes - it should become like a very wet and thin batter when it gets mixed with the soy sauce on the pan.
