My son is 18 months old and loves to eat. I tought him the "more" sign in baby sign language, and he comes up to me at least every hour and asks with his little hands for more. I am often caught off guard as to what to give him. I am getting a little better though. I keep a stock of baby carrots that I can just boil until soft and give him with a little goddess dressing. Or cauliflower, or broccoli.

    snacks Indy likes are:

    veggie bootie
    breakfast/cereal bars
    kiwis
    bananas
    whole grain hot cereal
    brown rice cereal
baby carrots, broccoli, cauliflower with goddess dressing
    quinoa
ww tortilla or toast with earthbalance
smoothies made with ultimate meal powder
    baked yam fries
    tofu
    tempeh
    quorn "chicken" nuggets

Please add some more to my list of ideas!!!!!!!!!

I can't add much to your list right now as I have an interview to go to shortly. I was wondering though if you are vegan--? The reason I ask is that I'm almost 100% certain that those Quorn 'chicken' nuggets have egg in them. Personally, I've recently discovered Nate's Chicken Style Nuggets. The Nate's are a bit disturbing to be honest as the texture and everything is a bit too close to what I remember.

Have you tried things like avocado/guacamole, hummus or raspberries? I mention the raspberries because my son (1 year older than yours) was *mad* for raspberries last year! Also, currently one of his favorite treats is dates stuffed with almond butter.

I'll see what I can come up later. Oh... I make some almond pear muffins that my son loves too! I make mini-muffins and freeze them--they thaw quite quickly for him.
If at first you don't succeed, laugh as you set it ablaze!

You are doing way better than me. My son seems to live off pasta and advocado & fruit.

He could only eat very bland foods for the first 2 years of his life and I'm finding it extremely difficult to get him interested in much else.
