B12 and breastmilk
hello everyone!
i'm wondering if anyone knows about B12 in breastmilk?
my son is 21 months old and is a good eater, he loves most veggies and actually most things we cook in general, but i'm still slightly worried that he's not getting enough B12. i'd prefer not to give him any multivitamins yet, or at all if possible, and he breastfeeds at least three times a day, so will that make a sufficient intake of B12, calcium, folic acid etc do you think? (together with the other food of course)
he's not showing any signs at all of ill health, to the contrary he's very bouncy and active and has only had one cold this winter despite starting in kindergarten in november! so i shouldn't worry really, but i suppose as a parent you do anyways...

Re: B12 and breastmilk
Are you getting enough B12 yourself? That's important according to this:
