lately ive been eating A LOT of organic dark green salad. sometimes with other things added, like tomatoes, chickpeas, carrots etc. but a lot of the time its just plain greens with dressing.
ive been eating about 3 or 4 bowls of it a day. i get a craving for it and its what i love to snack on lately. (this coming from someone who only used to snack on chips/crisps or fries/chips!)
can you eat too much dark greens or is it really not possible? its got a lot of nutrients and its very low in calories, but high in iron, calcium, vitamin a and vitamin c, as well as antioxidants so im sure im doing my body some good with all the raw greens, but i wanted someone elses perspective on it.
i realize you can eat too much salad if its got unhealthy high fat ingredients added, but thats not the case here.
