ThankuI guess so it is alot different
- I mean another thing I didnt mention is creating a route, outside.I am lucky I guess that there is a large park near me.. I run a bit round that, then on the street, and back up a bit of the park.
I think I should 'ban' myself from the gym, and getmyself used to being outside running.
Cos I feel I am copping out if I run at the gym.I want to be able to do my exercise anywhere, even if I am staying with my parents or whatever. and I can do that if I accustom myslef to running outside.
Tis the only aerobic exercise I enjoy really.
