I was curious if there is a list somewhere that lists names of stuff that companies put in foods that isnt clear cut?
i.e. instead of saying dairy they have a fancy word that someone like me has no clue on.
I was reading some posts and saw things like
di-glycerides
mono-glycerides
I tried to read on these, but just told me it's made from oils basically...
Just looking for a list I can print and keep on me until I learn what is really good and what has the garbage in it.
