Although this is not a vegan recipe book as such, all the recipes are written with vegans in mind and can be veganised (99% of them anyway) and I think the recipes are very imaginative and inspired - things like Polenta Custard, a great veggie soup recipe, crackers/biscuits using ground seeds instead of flour, even Apple Tofu Cheesecake. It also tells you how to make nut milks. My mum sent me a copy she got from Amazon for 1p...
So check out the used copies there if you're interested. I love this book anyway and the recipes are very different, yet simple if that's what you're looking for.
