I have a question regarding milk alternatives. I made it a habit to drink 2 glasses of soy milk every day to be sure my calcium-levels are ok. However, I would like to replace these with some other alternatives from time to time. I bought almond and rice milk but on both boxes there doesn't stand anything about calcium. Sodium yes.. calcium nothing. It's like those products don't contain calcium?! I find this very strange because I know that almonds contain plenty of calcium (see this link). Any ideas?
