    Default Fluffy alchie "milk" shake

Having just returned from a rather intense day at work I decided a little alcoholic refreshment might be in order. Unfortunately the only stuff I have here in terms of booze is Co-op fortified wine (alright in trifle but horrid neat) and white rum. The only mixer I had was water or soya milk. However, necessity is the mother of invention...

    Fluffy raspberry rum shake

    Ingredients:

a couple of measures of rum
probably about 3/4 cup frozen raspberries
some (3/4 pint?) sweetened soya milk

Bung everything in blender, top with more milk or raspberries if rum flavour too pronounced.

The rum kind of curdles and thickens the milk. It's rather tasty.

    Cheers.
