    Default Vegan Parmesan

Does anyone know where I can get the Florentino Parmazano in the UK? The only place I've seen it so far is VeganStore but I don't usually buy from there, so I was hoping someone might know of a supermarket or health food shop that sell it. Pasta just isn't the same without Parmesan!

I tried Holland and Barrett and they said they didn't sell it. Maybe I should try another store, it seems that every H & B I go in sells different products, which is really annoying. The health food shops near me don't sell it either, so might have to have a drive to Asda. Thanks for the info Cedarblue.

My local Tesco and Sainsbury's sell it so it might be worth trying your local branches.

Asda stock it but you need to look in the 'free from' aisle, rather than the dairy aisle. Its where all the gluten free stuff is - and its on the top shelf in our local store which is a bu**er cos I'm quite short.

    good luck finding it.

btw - use it sparingly at first until you get used to the taste. Its quite strong and different to parmesan but once you get used to it makes a quite acceptable substitute. I love parmesan too.
