I use these regularly but I'm still not sure what all the health benefits are supposed to be. Also there is plunge pool at my gym. This is a tub of chilled water. The idea is to go from the steam room to the plunge pool and back to the steam room, I think. Again I'm not sure what its supposed to do or how many times is healthy. It does make me feel good though.

I wish I had more tolerance, sometimes I just make myself feel past the despair just for the benefits. I love a hot day though, what's that about?
