CHILLI CON LENTILLES
vegan version of "chilli con carne"

brown lentils (I use green)
onion
tomatoes OR\AND tomatoe concentrate
garlic (a lot)
herbs (usual spices for chilli)
chilli
kidney beans

- Cook lentils in a small amount of broth (just about to cover, you'll have to add more broth or water later)
- Add translucent onion, tomatoes and tomatoe concentrate (or just concentrate), minced garlic (a lot), herbs (basil and oregano), LOTS OF CHILLI ))
- simmer "some time" to your liking
- before taking it of the heat add kidney beans from the can and simmer few more minutes
