raw vitamins?

anybody know of any good vitamins which are safe for a raw diet?

I don't know about actual vitamin pills but they make raw food protein shakes and stuff, they are fortified. Maybe you could look into that? They are really expensive, though.

most raw info i have read...books & cookbooks and such say supplumentation isnt necissary. but if i run across anything ill let you know.
