4 Potatoes, cut into length-long wedges
2 Tbsp. of chili powder
8 cloves of garlic, minced
3 stalks of green onion, sliced
3 Tbsp. of olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Toss the ingredients in the oil, and spread flat on baking dish. Bake for
45 minutes at 400 degrees, turning once. Cayenne Pepper as the situation demands
