When I eat sweets with nuts, fresh or dried fruit and with fresh herbs and spices I feel a lot healthier. I have quite a sweet tooth too and its sometimes pleased by this:
Smoothies (Dark chocolate, banana, water and sunflowerseeds)
Fruitsalad (fresh mint/bananas/oranges/apples) with a sugar dressing (fruitjuice/sugar/cinnamon or vanilla)
Raw applecake taste very sweet. (I tried this recipe because it didnt need any fancy foods - http://www.fromsadtoraw.com/Recipes/AmazingApplePie.htm )
Bananas and other fruit dipped in dark melted chocolate and rolled around in chopped nuts and seeds (almonds, hazelnuts, sunflower seeds and sesame seeds)
Rhubarbs dipped in sugar
Homemade icecream/popsicles made out of fruit juice, fresh or canned fruit and sugar or/and nutbutters/cacao/ricemilk (I use this recipe with a few adaptations http://www.kaivegan.com/ )
(Homemade) Oatmeal cookies with raisins and nuts
For the sweet craving try cherries and bananas - they do work very well.
Last time I was on a diet I had a lot of porridge made with fruit juice and cinnamon or mixed spice. Apple juice and cinnamon is a classic combination, you can do half juice and half water if you like. It is sweet, and filling and comforting

bake some apple and put cinnamon on it. An apple is only a point, right?
I eat nutritional yeast by the spoonful.
this morning I had a banana with small pieces of dark chocolate inside, microwaved for a minute so the choccie melt. I don't know about WW points but it was definetly sweet, satisfying and I can think of a lot worse sweets.
wow there are some really fab ideas- thank you all very much. i got to my weight goal last week so can up my points abit and will eventually have a vegan cake baked by myself . I'm going to go and bake some apples now and have some swedish glace with it. I'm going to write these ideas down so i remember them for one of my desperate sweet cravings!
thanks all for your ideas and support. I go on here alot and have found the advice from you all in this forum invaluable.
