I'm really new to being "fully" vegan. I've tried so many times before and rarely last long because there are always hurdles I "fail" at and then I get so annoyed and upset that I just sink back into eating animal products again.
One of my biggest hurdles is that I often need to grab lunch "on the run" ie. from a supermarket, naff petrol station, etc. There's usually virtually no choice and none of their sandwiches, etc are remotely vegan. It's usually a choice of meat or cheese is one form or another.
Do any of you more experienced people have any ideas of how to get around this? Often I don't really have warning as such that I won't be home for lunch and it can be every day for a week or not for two or three weeks so it's so hard to plan for![]()
