yeah, kitteh, there are only two places where you can buy tofu here, and both of them are very expensive.

Super Vegetable Soup - I used the recipe for Fava Bean & Vegetable soup in The Guten Free Vegan cookbook. But subbed lentils for fava beans and added heaps of veges: corn, brocc, bok choy, green beans, carrots, celery, potatoes, mushrooms and served it with brown rice.

My dinner last night ......... dhansak, jalfrezi, rice, banana chutney and yoghurt, with garlic naan bread

how do you get on with the phillips ice cream maker cherry?

I wrote a rubbish feedback and lakeland said it was a faulty one and sent me another it is freezing as we speak - I will get my money back if this one doesnt work

It's fab! Works perfectly. I usually keep the freezy bit in the freezer so it's always ready cos it takes a while to chill.

Id ordered a cake from a ebay seller who does vegan cakes for parents wedding anniversary, but it had broken up/apart during the post - so the seller offered to send me another one and sent it with other cakes to the festival yesterday to save his postage!

Others were from Blue Lotus/Babycakes!

My freezers well stocked now, and will take the big cake to share in a staff meeting on Tues as we have a lot of cakes here!

I spent the day at Silverstone driving a Ferrari 360( which was a present from the rentals for my birthday which was on the 5th ) and on the way back I convinced my parents to take me and man thing to veggie world. We had crispy coated pork, crispy aromatic duck, chicken and vegetable curry and rice, veggie steak and chips with peas, peking pork ribs, battered satay veg, chicken fried rice and we all had freshly squezzed juice too!

Try the Rabbit & Taro buns, the ingredients may seem weird but they are fantastic if you don't like really sweet puddings.

OMFG! Someone has been to a place I have been to outside of London or Brighton!!!!! (Although really I shouldn't be suprised because the places I go always seem busy with vegetarians. Some of them have gotta be vegan right???)
