I also bought some dumplings to take home from the little vegan grocery store next door and I had some for dinner w/ rice noodles and veggies cooked with vegan oyster sauce


And I had more of the same veggies the next night but with brown rice

Quinoa Salad I made this afternoon.
Ingredients consist of: quinoa, cherry tomatoes, black beans, cucumbers, carrots, scallions, oil and vinegar
I got the recipe in an email this week from VegWeb

I have yet to try the non-red variety of quinoa. All I know is that I was hooked from day #1!

What you can not see in the pic is me and Helen with already dirty spoon's ready to attack at the cheesecake again.
It was lovely but had a fast melting point. This made fast eating an even higher priority.

Vegetable spag bol from tonight. It had Sweetcorn, peas, endarme, spinach, onion, asparagus and tomatoes



This is red and yellow quinoa with cashew and veg. Helen made it for our lunches yesterday. It is the pineapple/ cashew thing from Veganomicon but we had no pineapple

there looks like 16, minus the 6 neptunus has on his plate there, so the first 10 over to his house, get one each....or maybe the first one over there scoffs the lot, therefore causing a wasted journey for the rest of us. unless neptunus could cook some more???

The Spaghetti Squash Salad looks nice and I don't even like spaghetti, I'd have to empty the dressing all over it though. The Cheesy Spaghetti Marinara looks... well... it looks a bit like... you know... and I'm afraid the Spinach and Tomato Saute looks like a different... you know... The onion rings look fab and I'd love to try the muffin

I'd love to try spaghetti squash sometime since pasta makes me sick.

That spinach dish looks great. It reminds me of how I used to cook with I first become vegan, just toss stuff I like in a pan. I should go back to that!

I'm not sure either. Spag bol was always meaty and the spaghetti when I was a kid so to me vegan spag bol is the spaghetti and veg in a tomato sauce. Mostly I use TVP and in it, but Helen was trying a few days away from soya so it is purely veg
