The only true currency in this bankrupt world is what you share with someone else when you're uncool.
man jambox. i want to come have holidays at ur place.
Each snowflake in an avalanche pleads not guilty.
OMG - you are awesome jambox! That spread looks wonderful
waaah! I wanna go JBR's house!
It's the easiest pasta sauce to make
Boil red lentils with bullion, pepper, ginger and turmeric. When the lentils are done it should have the consistensy of porridge. Add bostongurka (I don't know the international name for it), soya cream and the cheapest tomato sauce you can find.
Ps. jamboxrock: Delicious looking, as usual
WOW! How good does this food look! You folks clearly haven't heard that vegan food is dull and full of lentils!
Hope some of you don't mind if I PM you for a recipe ... I've GOT to try some of these dishes.
(Can anybody tell a dimwit how to attach photos please?! )
That all looks so good, especially the pizza.
Jamboxrox - you always go to so much trouble with the presentation and everything, it looks so nice.
meh I've never heard of it! anyone in the UK ever seen it?
no sausage patties or relish? mind blowing
aradia- go to a photo sharing site, like photobucket. create an acct and upload your photos. they create the code for u to post in forums.

Each snowflake in an avalanche pleads not guilty.
That looks very precarious, Ruby!
I live dangerously

Wow! That looks great Ruby! I had tacos yesterday but it didn't look at good as yours
looks very good... and like you need a bigger cookingpot
Ruby, how do you fit a spoon in there to stir?!?
Roxy, those photos look really nice.
yes, carefully mostly I just let it cook down slowly before attempting to stir it. came out really nice though.

Each snowflake in an avalanche pleads not guilty.
made a good bit of stuff this week...
mostacolli w/ garlic bread
haosin tofu and squash w/lemon and garlic potatos
some more pizza...
Wow, that pumpkin soup looks reeeeealllly good! What a lovely colour.
I love squash soup ... I like to add some spices and a tin of coconut milk.
KrissStress - I'm drooling at that pizza!
Care to share the dough recipe? I never make pizza but looking at that mebe I should!
ah totally. pretty much just blend several tablespoons of olive olive with a cup of warm water, a couple tablespoons of garlic powder and salt and three cups of flour. If this formula doesn't work for you exactly (if there's not enough water, it all tends to look little bits of dough as opposed to a ball), just add more of those ingredients until you're happy with the dough's consistency.
If you want it super manageable, let it sit for a few hours in the fridge covered with a damp paper towel - it'll spread much easier.
Here are some choccie muffins I made last night. I did half of them with banana and half without. I tore one in half to try and show the pools of molten chocolate, where I'd put big chunks of choccy in the middle ... but it didn't quite come off.
Molten.
Chocolate.
Two words made to go together!
Why are my photo links coming out as links rather than embedded in the post?
ggrrrrr!
Here is how to post images:

Makeshift bloody mary in a puppy cup!
Grilled tofu and red onion in a mustard bbq sauce w/ zucchini, red peppers, and marinated mushrooms. I wanted a tomato based bbq sauce, but this jumped out at me, and hit the spot.

Tonight I attended a cookie swap/christmas party. The hostess is allergic to soy (and most beans and strawberries), and one friend has celiac, so I try to make sure everyone can enjoy something.
