red pepper risotto
baked parsnips
roasty caramelised butternut squash
sweet and sour red cabbage
veggie goulash
lemony garlicky green beans
and a massive herby salad

I want some!
would they be my raspberry muffins? The recipe's in "How It All Vegan". You can use any fruit, but those raspberry ones wer divine.

I've been craving soba for a couple of days now, but I'm so damn spoiled and will only buy one certain Japanese brand.

looks great! How do you get the carrots in flower shape?
I'm always looking for ways to incorporate more quinoa into my diet.
That day I was in a bit of a playful mood, but not a good idea as I can't do anything in the kitchen without cutting myself, and these flowers are the best way to ensure multiple injuries Basically you make five or six incisions down the length of the carrot, and then you cut thin slices.

Great food guys...your making me sooo hungry! BREAKFAST TIME!
The taste of anything in my mouth for 5 seconds does not equate to the beauty and complexity of life.
I don't have a proper recipe, I was just throwing everything in the bowl that I thought would be nice together I cooked the quinoa and let it cool off. Then I added carrots and spring onions. The dressing was basically just loads of balsamic vinegar (I could drink that stuff), olive oil, a bit of mustard and a pinch of sugar.
