Looks very good.. But I think I would have fried the mushrooms justlove fried mushrooms
The fry up of my birthday! Yum yum yum!

I did as people suggested and halved the amount of sugar.. + I added a red bell pepper.. yum
Yummy!
@cedarblue: There's not really a recipe to that, though I found that the one in Vegan Planet is very close to the way I do it (I should sue them for stealing it from my mind!).
Just sauté a chopped onion and two cloves of garlic in olive oil, add some chopped, fresh rosemary, 500 ml of polpa di pomodoro, about a cup vegetable broth and add cooked white beans (or drained, tinned ones- I prefer Italian cannelini ones but any other white bean will do, as well).
Bring to a boil, add two handful of your favourite small pasta (I use ditali rigati), lower heat and let simmer until the pasta is done.
Spice up with salt, pepper and any herbs that are hanging out in your kitchen/garden.
Serve with more olive oil and balsamic vinegar on top.
It's also good the next day, when it has turned more into a pasta dish than a stew.
more Italian fare:
veganomicon rosemary foccacia
fried foccacia dough pizza with basil-almond pesto,
green olives, mushrooms and white bean aioli (aioli = reason to buy v-con )
thanks pavo and stine!
I made a pizza with pumpkin puree for the sauce, pieces of baby portabella mushrooms, zucchini, yellow squash, spinach, black olives, and some vegan cheese. on my homemade wheat pizza dough.
It may not look like much but man did it taste good.

Here is a picture of the mashed avocado and tomato on toast that I just shoved down me cakehole. Presentation's not up to much, but hey.
No sense being pessimistic. It wouldn't work anyway.
tomatoes with stuff on bread is my favourite food, no need for presentation as it never lasts long enough, anyway!
I made this tonight. It is brown rice made with veggie stock, baby portabella mushrooms, spinach, and tofu marinated over night in green onion, ginger, garlic and soy sauce. It was so freakin tasty.

I want that for my breakfast....RIGHT NOW!!!

Had some trouble with my web server, but it's fixed now so here's something new and delicious
Very simple. Fried minced soya, garleek and onion together with some spice and soya cream, served with peas, corn and paprika. Lots of protein in this
mmm looks very good
yummy!
Mmmm, I'm hungry now.
i've posted this before in the Vegan brighton thread, but i thought it could do with sharing with a wider audience:

That curry and that cake.. Oh! They really look tasty! I like the way you've done the arrangement of the curry. Makes it look even tastier! Is that naan bread?
OMG that curry looks heavenly!!!
It was a vegetable garlic bahar (?spelling) curry really nice lots of garlic and butternut squash in it, and some of my mums biryani we share the dishes - the nann is part of a mini asda one as not found anywhere here that makes them vegan!
I garnished it with extra corriander. This restaurant do not use ghee and cook with a small amount of oil and really use the spices well - the food is so tasty - they do my vegan meals away from any meat i need to learn how to use spices correctly as id like to make more curry dishes of my own.
I love the curry!
The cake and the curry both look fantastic! So hungry.
