Hi!
Im new to this forum, but I have been trying to eat raw several times. But I was never able to keep it up for more than 2 weeks at a time because I think I am missing some nutrients or so.
I really wanna change my diet again, because I always feel so much better when eating raw.
Does anyone have like a sample eating plan of what to eat in a day?

I would really appreciate that!
