    He must really get into it, I don't really break a sweat playing. My father-in-law on the other hand, I was afraid he was going to fall and hurt himself playing tennis lol.

    Now, once they put out the balance board and wii fit, I think it'll be a different story. I can't wait to try out the yoga program for the balance board, I'm very curious how that will work!

    I do play Dance Dance Revolution on PS2 for a workout. I really break a sweat playing it and it's so much fun I can do an hour before I even realize it!

    cool! i really like ways to get fit that are fun. steev has a ps2, ill look out for the dance game!

    It's so much fun! And if you have the money I would definitely recommend getting a large metal dance pad instead of using the little plastic ones they sell everywhere. They're a bit hard to find, I got mine off of ebay. The plastic ones tend to slide around on the floor and tear up after about a month of use. I've had my metal one for about 5 years now and it's still in perfect shape.
