Hello from Brighton!

Hi everyone,
Just thought i should delurk and say hi...

I'm a visiting student from the US at the University of Sussex. Currently I'm a Biochemistry major, but that's probably going to change. I decided to go vegan a few months ago after being a vegetarian for several years, without really considering that I should take it any further. I read a few books and realized it was ridiculous not to be a vegan, so I made the change and i've been happy with it ever since.

Brighton so far has been an awesome city to be vegan in, (especially considering I spent the summer in Las Vegas without access to a kitchen...very vegan unfriendly) ...anyone want to recommend cool places to see in Brighton or good restaurants?
