UHT, UK dairy and climate change

UK dairy farmers up in arms because the UK Government has noticed that we're hammering the planet with our livestock. I reckon the better soy milks taste far better than how I remember UHT cow's milk!
Ken Bruce and The Today Programme apparently covered it too. Anyone managed to get through on the phone to any of these programmes today?
