I asked this on another thread as I wasn't sure how to do it either. Back space kindly responded with these instructions:

"You have to have the photo online Tish. I upload mine onto www.photobucket.com. It's free to create an account and they give you a good bit of space. You upload your pictures then get the URL for the picture. The URL is the web address when the picture is on it's own like this http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_Kd7HzYVR2T...eagle_puppyjpg

The picture's not part of a web page, it's just on it's own on the web. So you take that URL and put this around it [ I M G] http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_Kd7HzYVR2T...eagle_puppyjpg [ / I M G] Which will have it show the picture instead of the link. I put spaces so I can show how it looks. When you take the spaces out of [ I M G ] [ / I M G ] you get this:



Actually I just noticed that Photobucket has a feature that does that for you If you make a photobucket account, it will show some codes underneath the picture. Click on the one that has the [ I M G ] code and it automatically copies it. Much easier "

This is my dog, Bonnie! She's now a respectable old lady at the age of 12, but she's still playing with me whenever I go outside! I just love her to bits and she has been there for me every day since we got her when she was five. She helped me through some tough years with depression and eating disorders and I can honestly say that she saved my life.

And yes, I use her as my avatar too
