It says on that website that it is really high in B-12???!!!

Spirulina is the most disgusting thing I have ever tried to force down my throat... but I'm sure it's very healthy
This caught my eye from the website you linked to:
"Hamsters treated with this water soluble extract had better recovery rates when infected with an otherwise lethal Herpes virus 9."
Yikes. Is this a company/site that you particularly support?
i know.. i don't like the parts about the animal experiments either. just ignore. thought there was some other cool info on there
and Campbell: it tastes disgusting indeed but if u take the tablets u don't have to worry about that :)
I have a 'health' drink mix that has spirulina in it. I think it is quite tasty! But it's probably a really small amount so I can't actually taste the spirulina in it. Very informative website, nervine!
Excellent website.
I normally have a shot of fresh coffee and drink it with that, or an americano.
The flavour of Spirulina makes me want to puke, but coffee hides the taste (slightly)
I don't take it that often, only once a week, as I prefer to rely on a varied diet, But I like to know that im definately getting all of the right protein, so 7g of spirulina reassures me slightly.
I didn't know it was tested on with animals!!!
Ill have to find out more about that.
