Exclamation Lupin flour - poss. allergic reaction

I bought some lupin flour today for the first time and was wondering whether or not anybody has tried it.
I just googled it and apparently there is a risk that those people allergic to peanuts may also react violently to lupin. See here I just wanted to warn you.

I haven't tried the flour but I have tried various lupin products - a friend who used to live in Germany sent or brought me some a few years back. I think they were variants on tofu.

It does seem plausible that there could be a link with peanut allergies as they're both leguminous, er, poddy things.
