    Default Calories in roast zuccini?

I have googled but not got an answer. I am watching my weight, and often buy zucchini/corgettes and cook 2 or 3 them in the oven with low cal oil spray and seasoning...how much calorie damage does this do do you know?

    Sounds yum!

According to CalorieKing, one medium zucchini has 30 calories. One large has 52. These numbers wouldn't change much by roasting... any additional calories would come from the spray. Just don't use too much spray.

i roast with a non stick pan without oil/spray, and then add raw extra virgin oil after roasting...that way the oil doesn't get heated, and at least the calories aren't "bad", even if the amount is the same...
