Christmas dinner ideas?

Forgive me if this has already been discussed, I did search but couldn't find anything. As it's my first vegan Christmas I'm looking for some ideas for a gorgeous dinner please

If there are other threads about this, please could someone point me in then right direction? Thanks!

here's the previous thread. hope it's useful.

Personally we're having the usual roast veg, brussels sprouts, homemade nut roast (have a look on parsleysoup.co.uk for cherry's chestnut roast recipe), vegan pigs in blankets (sausages wrapped in bacon) etc. Also gonna do a batch of mince pies (though Budgens' own brand, tesco mini mince pies and sainsbury's basics are all vegan) and a vegan christmas cake (again, Cherry's recipe.).

I might get myself a little xmas pud as well, but just an individual one cos Jo hates them!
