I'd like to make some vegan carob cookies, as I have some good carob powder that I'd like to use, but I want to make simple carob cookies with no frills, no nuts or nut butter, nothing special. Does anyone know of a good, easy, simple recipe they can share with me? I'd like to make and include some yummy, chewy, if possible, but a little crunchy is ok too, vegan carob cookies for our New Year's Eve vegan celebration feast tomorrow afternoon and night. If anyone knows of a similar recipe for chocolate that calls for cocoa powder, that would be helpful too. I'll be sure to buy cocoa powder and make chocolate cookies next time. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
