Okay, so I'm looking at this book right now an I'm realizing it looks a little out dated, but inside it's a wonderful book. It's exactly what the title says - simply vegan! The recipes are quick and the most fantastic part of it all is that the recipes do not call for you to break into your secret designer handbag money stash for a mammoth list of ingredients! It has a lot of other amazing resources like nutritional information for pregnant vegan mothers and their babies and my favorite part, recipe analysis so you know how much of everything your consuming!

Check it out and I promise you, you'll never be in a rut to whip something up fast!
