I've been drinking a green smoothie every morning lately and I'm finding it's helping my general energy level and lucidity throughout the day.
I started with just one banana, one cup of baby spinach, and one cup of water at a friend's suggestion. I then add one teaspoon of spirulina and 1 tablespoon of the new Vega EFA oil blend. I think all these together are delicious.
Right now, I'm drinking a slightly different version - I had to replace the banana with one mango - and it's good but not as smooth as the banana version.
Any other ideas for a quickly made, greens-based morning smoothie which doesn't include anything like soy milk?
