    Default Gluten-Free/Wheat-Free Beers and Liquors

If you know of any, put 'em here!

I just found out about Red Branch beer (made by Anheiser-Bush ). I know this beer and potato vodka are served at two bars at uni.

    What else is out there?

Well just about all beer is brewed according to the Reinheitsgebot, which means it contains only water, hops and barely.... With that said, I'm sure you could find something barely free, but I would assume it'd be foreign.

    I'll keep my eyes peeled.

Thanks E.F. I think the barley gluten would still be a problem for celiacs and some intolerants... But I found a huge list of gluten free beers here.

I guess being gluten free doesn't necessarilly make them vegan though. So you might want to be sure to do some cross checking.

Yes, thanks Roxy. I thought of that. It's really hard to tell if they're both gluten free and vegan. I suppose if some of them are available here, I'll research those specific ones. I'm sure some of the beers and liquors I drink are neither and need to do some researching.
