Something I just came up with this morning... it tastes great! And its very, very simple.

* One banana

* One orange

* Three medium sized figs chopped up very small

* Soy whipped cream (I used Soyatoo Soy Whip... 10 calories per serving and it tastes great!)


Simply chop up the fruit ingredients and add a few liberal squirts of the whipped cream. Mix.

265 calories (+ 10 calories for every serving of whipped cream)
1 gram of fat
68 carbohydrates
11 grams of fiber
3 grams of protein
