@becca flax flour it's necessary to make a consistent dough, so it hink you can't use flax seeds...

Rebecca, I ground up flax seeds and this might have been part of the problem..or maybe I didn't reduce the wine enough or was just heavy handed with it. I ended up having to put in more flour in order to be able to roll the balls and they came out a bit on the pasty side..Please don't let my lousy cooking experience put you off because they had potential and I will try again.
Next time I will make sure I have the right flour and for me would add plenty of chilli.
