Yesterday I was lazy and ate some "junkfood" ie a massive plate of homemade potato wedges and some biscuits. Muscles have recovered from insane gym workout and now I'm off up there in about three hours time!
The taste of anything in my mouth for 5 seconds does not equate to the beauty and complexity of life.
pot wedges are not junk if they are oven cooked right - but the biscuits probably are!!
Well I roasted them in extra virgin olive oil and some herbs so was trying to be as healthy as possible but I think the biscuits probably cancelled that out
Anyway I was at the gym for 2 hours. I have discovered my strengths are cycling and ab crunches. Seems like I can go on forever with both. I ate pretty healthy yesterday. Lotsa protien and carbs in response to a heavy cardio and weights session.
