Yeast extract (marmite/vegemite...) on baked potato is quite the winning combination, I think. Peanut butter on baked potato is quite good too, but you need a cider or something with it, cos you start getting dry mouth after a while. Gingernut biscuit and garlic plamil mayo sandwiches are rather good for a quick munchie food too. Ooo, this thread is making me hungry!

lately i've been eating wholewheat bread with maple syrup and some raisins on the top instead of soy desserts and chocolate. is it weird enough to be a part of this topic? :P

@frosty: do so, my vegetarian friend brought this up when we had an "un-cheeze-snack-evening". she usually does with usually cheeze (she´s ovo-lacto), i tried it with vegan cheeze and surprise: it really tastes good! or satay with cheeze...
