i adapted this from another recipe, but here's what i did;

1/4 cup cashews
1/4 cup almonds
1 tsp dried cumin
couple pinches paprika
sea salt
1/2 tsp nama shoyu (or braggs or soy sauce)

this made just enough for me for two meals so you can double it for more. should keep for a few days in sealed container in the fridge.

you can also mix the nuts, these were what i liked the sound of.

i ground the nuts to a very find crumb in a processor then added the spices, pinch of salt, aminos (or soy sauce?) and enough olive oil to bring it together into a pulp.

i'm guessing you could mix the spices around too the vary the flavour.
