Done, you need to define adult/child, and question 13 needs to be clarified, does the answer 'No' mean that 'No you don't know' or 'No they are not'

For questions 7 and 8 it might be an idea to have more choice of responses. There are limits to what I'd pay for an environmentally friendly device, though I would pay more. And while I'd prefer environmentally friendly paint etc I bet painters would spin you some yarn about why they can't use it!
