What is your favorite raw recipe?

I apologize if a thread like this already exists!

What is your all-time favorite raw recipe? It can be meal, snack, dessert, anything.

My veggie group is having a cross-over meetup with a raw group. People are allowed to bring anything veg*n, not just vegan or raw, but I want everyone to be able to eat what I make! Prob because I always find it a little irritating (obviously w/o reason, since it's a veg*n group) when people bring stuff to the veggie meetups that have milk, cheese, eggs, etc....

I'm trying to avoid the obvious stuff (like guacamole!), although I don't really know what constitutes "obvious" for raw people.

have you had a little browse through the 'what raw food did you eat today?' thread? i can thoroughly recommend the mangocado salsa introduced by roxy - in fact i'm making that to take to a potluck on friday. it's sensational!!

My favorite is avocado soup for main course and raw applecake for dessert.
