Another crash diet that encourages ED-like attitudes to food and is essentially just extreme calories restriction by another name.

The only thing that works is a lifestyle change. Eating low fat, high fruit&veg plenty of carbs 2000 (minimum) cals a day and regular exercise is the ONLY way to stay at a healthy (read: HEALTHY, not underweight or starving)

There are no quick fixes, for changing your lifestyle or your head.

+1 to what AMF said. However depressed I've been about my weight (and I've been plenty depressed believe me) I have never (since I was about 16) done these crash diet/fad diet things - it just ain't worth it!
Blackadder: Baldrick, have you no idea what irony is?
Baldrick: Yes, it's like goldy and bronzy only it's made out of iron.

My opinion: you're cutting out 99% ofwhat your body needs.

In addition to what AMF said.

Exactly. I see all kinds of people going on these diets. Low fat, Low carb, No this, No that. They all end up the same, They end up not knowing how to eat healthy, They end up being slaves to the diet and not being able to just live. They basically end up with an ED to at least some extent.
Until we stop harming all other living beings, We are still savages.

ive never herd of it, but i would think if all you could eat was cabbage you would get sick of it and wouldnt you end farting alot?
i dont think it would be very safe you need other foods.
but if someone was to go on it you couldnt really stop them you could suggest you they dont do it but its really up to the person but personaly i wouldnt do it.
