Um ... I've never seen it before but it says on that page "Ready to eat". Have you tried eating a bit as a taste test, or adding some to salad?
maybe google ideas I'm sure someone has posted something about it.

I couldn't find any recipes for you--sorry. The site shows it being served on bread, Maybe serve it that way? I say try a little, See if you like it, Then go from there. Tasting it will give you some better ideas to figure out what you want to do with it.

Thanks for your responses. I did google it and came up with nothing. Most of the package is not in English, so it doesn't have any recipes as far as I can tell. The main reason I don't know what to do with it is because it's very dry flakes with seeds floating in it. I guess I just can't figure out what it is, I've never come across anything like it.

It's a vegan version of the shaved-jerky that is a topping for savory bread rolls. I see in in bakeries here everywhere as a quick lunch/snack. Very light like cotton-candy.
Use it as a garnish/topping for dishes that are on the dry side. Doesn't do well with steam and liquids.
