i don't, but when something is "butter toffee" flavored, or something else obviously unvegan, then the "natural flavor" would be from the source suggested. otherwise, it would be artificial
yes, that is true, but the opposite can also be said. sugar is not necessarily vegan. therefore, as vegans, we should look at the possibility that it is not vegan.
with the mentality of "it could be vegan," then the same can be said for glycerin, stearic acid, fat, lactose, etc.
