I'm looking to introduce more protein into the diet. I'm working out quite a bit and I wanna add to a protein shake to the mix daily/every other day. Question is, what is the best source? I've looked up Hemp Protein Powder and that looks like my best bet (some of the nutritional facts just astound me), although I would like to get everyone's opinion on different types before I go out and buy. I was also thinking soy, but I don't want to add more oy to my already high daily intake, not because I'm afraid of the 'soy scare', just because I wanna keep a balance.
So what's your favorite? Soy, Hemp, Rice, Pea.... and any others I'm forgetting
