    Okay, I need to get serious about this!! I am utterly disguisting right now. I'm not sure what my goal weight is, but I'm working on the same goals I posted earlier:

    Along with this, I'm sticking to mainly raw when I get back from Florida. I'll probably keep some nonraw food in my diet as I transition, but hopefully this will help me to tone up, too!

    Well, I've always been either irregular or without in that respect, the one exception being a time when I had gained a large and unhealthy amount of fat (according to my doctor). It's the way I've always been, so it's what I consider normal for me. Not that I would complain otherwise; it certainly makes my life easier

    I am annoyed as my twisted ankle has stopped me from doing any exercise these last few days and it was the only thing I was sticking to properly.

    I went to the gym again today. *pleased with self* I did 40 +5 minutes on the "bike" and then the rotation of weights, doing two sets of each. I did not do the one where you have to lay on your stomach though. I don't care for that machine. Oh, and I increased around half of my weights to the next level too.

    On Tues I did 22 min treadmill incline 2 and speed 9.5
    Today I did 15 min run outside round park/block, then did a youtube exercise high impact aerobic video

    Took a bit of a rest today and just did 10 minutes of very fast jumping rope, plus about 3/4 mile slow walk with my dad (who is quite out of shape...but his idea to exercise so i went along to give him motivation!). i was tired today but tomorrow i'll try for more cardio and some yoga.

    I've lost more weight. I know I have. I haven't gotten on the scale or anything, but I can just feel it, especially around my tummy area. I'm not sure how I feel about this.

    I managed to get out for 3 walks in the past week. They weren't really vigorous walks or anything, but my doctor suggested getting out for a walk to help with my depression. Admittedly, being out in the fresh air, in nature, (well as must fresh air and nature as you can get in the city) did help things a bit.

    Well done everybody.

    I still haven't been able to do any exercise and have been staying in the house eating junk food mostly () but I had a salad for dinner last night and a fruit smoothie for breakfast this morning.

    I know what you mean, Roxy. I live in concrete canyon, it does not help one's endorphins!
    You always looked great anyways.
    Today I did 20 min run round park.
    I am really getting ok with runnning outside yay!
    I know I have lost FAT but I dont think I have lost actual weight so I am not going to getg on the scales.

    The other day I went for a walk for almost 2 hours! Yay! Yesterday I just walked for 30 minutes but that's still good.

    2 hrs, wow! Great job, Tigerlily!

    Yesterday I hiked around exploring the woods for about 30 min and I did lots of shopping so I walked around for a while.

    Today I did 10 min jumping rope, lots of calisthenics and a little bit of yard work (if that counts). Tomorrow I'm going to try to up my cardio so I can get past this plateau

    Today I could only do 17 mins at gym because I drank my own bodyweight in cider this weekend, i suspect
    I ate a lot of junk food yesterday too...and had pizza twice this week.Ugh. Guess I shall start again this week!

    Did me another hour today. I haven't been eating the way I usually do. I'm making sure to get three meals a day though.

    Did a lot of baking today for my family so that took up a bit of time, but i did dance around my room rapidly for about 15 minutes :P i'll do some more later but not too much because i want to keep my muscles from growing TOO much.

    Yesterday I ran for 10 minutes, jumped rope for 20 and did calisthenics for 15.

    I haven't been doing much exercise. Just a few walks here and there. I've been doing okay on the calorie counting side. I CAN eat higher calorie days without gaining weight (as long as it's not over 2000) but I WANT to to lose weight, so I'm trying to aim for 1200-1400. Keep in mind I'm not an athlete and I sit on my butt all day, so I think that is plenty! Different story if I jogged all day and worked as a construction worker or something.

    Has anyone got any motivation? For me, I want to look nice in stylish clothing! Not very many styles are flattering on bigger bodies, especially the styles I like. I'm going on a shopping spree once I reach the 25lbs weight loss mark! Yay!

    You jumped rope/skipped for 20 mins????
    Wow, that's pretty good. When i used to do a lot of training at boxing i found 4 mins of that was quite enough!

    Mine was more of a "ping" but still audible. No one within 10 metres of me.
    Didn't warm up again after half time. Eeejit.

    i cannot make myself exercise... but i have a very active job and refuse to be lazy there. other people with the same job as me choose to be a spectator there instead of an active participant if you know what i mean... do u have a job yet? maybe u could make it a priority to take a job with a higher activity level.

    or join an activity that interests you to force yourself into exercise and have fun... like a pilates class or nature hike group if there are any in your area. I would but am too shy.

    Another hour + today. I tried some variations on the machines such as Personal Trainer and Fat Burner. Did double reps on all the weight machines except I did 3 reps on the leg push dealie. I was sweating like a bitch.....You are not supposed to wear underwear with workout clothes are you?

    I am terribly ashamed of my running skills (I resemble a duck) so I try to get in my cardio with jumping rope...I usually do 2-3 sets of 10 minutes (total 20-30 min). It's actually quite fun as I do it along with some music and it gets in my workout quickly.

    Past 2 days has been about 10-20 min jumping rope, + jumping jacks or kick boxing. Today I shopped for hours and I plan to rest

    Lol no seriously, if I run when I am not wearing proper, large ,cotten,unsexy knickers I get thrush. It sucks.
    Specially in this weather I find.

    Felt kinda tired or something today at the gym. Maybe because I didn't warm up. I did 20 mins of "cardio" on the treadmill. 5 mins on the eliptical and 25 minutes on the bike. My butt cheeks were wet. What can I do to prevent that?

    Today was kind of a lazy day...i did about 30 minutes of misc. exercises, about half being cardio. Tomorrow I'll have to make up for that!

    Me and Corum are going back to kick boxing to get fit - I did it when I was younger but sadly moved out of the area just before I got my black belt. I want to go back and get my black belt this time
